Scion of the Ansal
API Group and the driving force behind Ansal Plaza, Delhi, which sparked off
the Mall revolution in the country, Mr. Pranav Ansal has taken upon the mantle
of furthering the group’s business to new horizons. As the Director of Ansal
Properties and Infrastructure Ltd., he is responsible for extending the Ansal
API’s brand name to new geographies in the areas of township development and
innovative commercial set ups in line with international standards
Mr. Pranav Ansal’s
pioneering project ‘Rai Ka Bagh’, Jodhpur is already being hailed as the ‘first
heritage Mall’ in the country- a novel concept for others to emulate. The
‘Sushant City’ brands of townships launched in Jaipur and Jodhpur are now a
roaring success. With an inherent ability for identifying new business
opportunities, Mr. Ansal continues to spearhead the Company’s forays into Tier
II cities along with replicating the success of ‘Ansal Plaza’ in these
locations.
With his
foundations deeply imbibed into the real estate business, Mr. Ansal ‘s vision
goes much beyond the brick and mortar concept. He is engaged in various
charitable trusts run by the group in the field of education and social
upliftment projects. For him, living in the right perspective, is a synthesis
of well-being and growth for both body and mind.
Happily married with two children, Mr. Ansal is an
avid golfer and likes to read & travel during his leisure time.
